Hi! I’m renting out the spare double room in my two-bed flat on Armidale Avenue (Redland/Montpelier) just off Gloucester Road.

It’s a really nice spot, you’re a few minutes from all the cafés, restaurants and independent shops there, and it’s about a 10-minute walk into Cabot Circus and the city centre. Transport to anywhere in Bristol is brilliant too either buses or trains.

The room itself is a good-sized double, fully furnished. There’s no wardrobe in there at the moment, but I’m very happy to buy one (or anything else you need to make it feel like home) before you move in.

It’s just the two of us sharing the flat, with a lovely living room with a great view and a TV, and a fully kitted-out kitchen (Ninja cooker, air fryer, microwave — all the good stuff). A parking permit is available for the room if you drive.

£800 pcm, all bills included — council tax, gas, electric, water and internet. No surprises, no splitting bills at the end of the month.

I’m easy-going and tidy, into the gym, padel, football, surfing and diving. Looking for a friendly, considerate flatmate, professional or student either is fine.
