Calm & Cosy Double Bedroom in a Colourful House

The house is set back from the road and feels very peaceful, with a leafy front garden & courtyard style back garden.

It’s in Redland - a lovely corner of Bristol, just round the corner from Gloucester Road with its independent shops & cafes, and the little oasis of Cotham Gardens Park.
Very convenient – a 5 min walk to Redland Train Station, and a pleasant 25 mins into town, with lots of local buses too - it’s an easy commute to the Uni or Hospital.

The room is at the back of the house & very sunny. It's furnished with a comfy wooden king size bed, a built in wardrobe with hanging space, a bedside table, lamps, and a sideboard (which can be swapped out for a desk & chair, or chest of drawers if preferred).

The shared spaces are full of light (& plants !). There’s a big corner sofa to chill on and lots of books to read / CDs to listen to. (I don’t have a TV but there is a projector to watch films on). The kettle is always on!..

I'm looking for a relaxed & respectful, professional, non-smoking female to share my friendly & characterful home Mon – Fri.

I love a good chat, but definitely value my own space & need quiet time alone to recharge, and I'd like a lodger who’s after a similar balance. I'm vegan and so very keen to host a fellow veggie/ vegan :-)

The price includes utility & council tax bills & the use of broadband. Off street parking is available for an extra cost if required.
