One bedroom in a two bed flat in Redland, Bristol

One bedroom available in a two bed flat in Redland. I'm Abby and I live in one of the rooms and have done for over a year and the other flatmate is moving out in August. The available room is an L shape with a skylight window. It's on the small side but fits a double bed. The bedroom will be unfurnished but the rest of the flat is furnished. There is a shared living room/kitchen and a shared bathroom. There is a washing machine and tumble dryer in the toilet connected to the second bedroom. You'll be able to add to the shared space if you'd like. It's a cool little flat in a building of only 3 flats. The neighbours are pretty chill. It's tax band C and the bills add up to roughly £150 a month including tax. It's about a 10 minute walk from Whiteladies and 15-20 minute walk to Gloucester Road.

I'm a full-time cocktail bartender and work late hours. I love coffee and music! I enjoy downtime and value personal space but love hanging out and watching tv or playing games and I'm always up for pint.

There is a chance the move in date can be earlier and the previous flatmate may want to sell on the bed if that's preferable.
