Double Bedroom in a two bed flat in Redland.
I'm Tegen and I have lived in this cute flat for just over a year with my flatmate Abby. I am unfortunatly moving out in August to a student house.
The available room is an L shape with a skylight window. It's on the small side but fits a double bed. The bedroom will be unfurnished but the rest of the flat is furnished. There is a lovely open shared living room/kitchen and a shared bathroom. There is a small ensuite in Abby's room which also is the utility and has a washing machine and tumble dryer.
You'll be able to add to the shared spaces if you'd like!
It's a lovely flat in a building of only 3 flats. The neighbours are chill which is always a bonus!
It's tax band C and the bills add up to roughly £150-£200 a month including tax. It's about a 10 minute walk from Whiteladies and 15-20 minute walk to Gloucester Road. There is also a bus stop close by which can take you to city centre!

Abby who will be your flatmate is a full-time cocktail bartender and works late hours. She loves coffee and music, and enjoys downtime and values personal space. She loves hanging out and watching tv or playing games. She is always up for a pint and has been a lovely flatmate.

There is a chance the move in date can be earlier as I move on the 13th July!
