Garden Flat - Redland

The house

Hello, my name is Julia, I am in search of a new flatmate.

The flat is well equipped and very clean.
The spare room has new bedlinen, recently laid carpet and has been decorated.
There is a separate office space with a desk and a swivel chair for the sole use of my flatmate should it be required.
Washing machine and tumble dryer as well as a washing line outside.

I take full responsibility for all of the cleaning in the flat.

I have an outside space, a decking area which catches the afternoon sunshine and a shed for a bicycle storage.

An off street allocated parking space is available at the rear of the property.
Bus stop is just 5 minutes away with buses going directly to the city centre. The BRI is a 20 minute journey by bus and approximately a 25 minute walk from the flat..
