Hello! We have a garden facing and spacious double room becoming available on the 18th August in a lovely 4 bedroom home. We are looking for a new housemate to join us (Ellie, Henry and Morgan, 1 girl, 2 boys).

Set in a fantastic location on Linden Road in Westbury Park, the house is:
— 2 minute walk to the cafes, restaurants and supermarket in Westbury Park
— 5 minute walk to The Downs
— On the main 2/2a bus route to Bristol City Centre (around 20 mins away)

About us:
We are three professionals in our mid 20s (an engineer/project manager and two engineers) so are all usually in the office during the week. Outside of work we like exercising and being outdoors, doing things like cycling, running, climbing, hiking and camping. We also like having someone to chat to after work, and are definitely up for a BBQ or heading out to the pub together. Apart from that, we’re just looking for another young professional who's clean, considerate and easy to live with.

Cost:
Rent is £750 per month, not including bills (usually ~£150 per month including council tax)

Deposit is £807.50

Available from August 18th.
