Double room in Redland,Bristol available 23 August

Hello!

We are May (25) and Chloe (29) plus Chloe’s cocker spaniel, Twix, and we are looking for a new housemate. May works in law and is hybrid between the office and WFH, Chloe is in HR and is in the office most days. We are both chatty girls who enjoy a debrief in the evenings/weekends.

We are looking for another girl around the same age who is friendly and up for socialising and who is of course okay with dogs, since Twix is a permanent resident.

The house is a first floor flat in Redland, a 5 min walk from Redland station. Rent is currently £735 per month each, though there is a chance our landlord may increase this slightly once the new tenant moves in (we don’t think it will go up by more than £30 per month). Bills are around £145 per month each.

The room is a large south-west facing room.
The house is furnished but the room itself is unfurnished, save for a built-in wardrobe. The outgoing tenant is also happy to leave the bed frame if you would like.

We’ll be doing viewings Tues 11th and Weds 12th August from 6:30pm onwards.
