Room in Redland maisonette 5 bed flat

Looking for a new housemate to join our 5 bed flat in Redland! The flat is a few minutes from Redland train station. Bills are around £80-100 per month (inc. council tax) on top of rent.

About the room: Fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, and a desk perfect for WFH. Plus, the house has a huge living/dining room, ideal for chilled nights in!

We are a sociable house, and ideally looking for a friend as well as a housemate. Two of us have lived in the property for the last 3 years, and two of us have joined in that time. We are all working professionals 9-5 and hybrid work, with days in office varying - but rarely is it all four of us at home at once! We value a homely space, and look forward to making more memories!

We like to be outside and active - hikes, cycling, running, but also love a cinema or pub trip. We also love watching live sport when we get the opportunity! We also do our own separate things, so encourage new and interesting hobbies!
