Huge Double Room + Office (Cncl tax included!)

We have a huge double room (the loft room) with a separate office (with walk in wardrobe space under the stairs on lower floor) up for rent in our lovely Redland/Westbury Park house share from October 1st!

We absolutely adore our house! Downstairs we have a little porch entry way, a living room, dining room with sliding doors out to the garden, downstairs loo, kitchen, utility room & garden. There is also a driveway out front and on street parking here is free with no permit required (so no extra cost here!).

Upstairs we have the bedrooms & full bathroom with shower over bath. The room for rent comes as an office space with its own sliding door and then staircase up to the loft room. The office itself is a great size space with plenty of storage under the stairs & the bedroom is huge! It’s a great space to work from home from - especially as the office is at the back of the house so overlooking the garden.

Rent is £900 but this includes council tax (so the rent is basically £820 equivalent) & other bills (energy, water, WiFi) have never come to over £100 each a month + we do also pay for a gardener roughly every other month (£20 each a visit).

Our landlords are great and very responsive, so we have no issues with getting anything round the house looked at if needed.

About us: we are Lottie (27) & Natalie (23) both working professional. I’ve lived in the house for 1.5 years and Nat joined in April and unfortunately our beloved 3rd housemate is now moving out to start the next chapter with her boyfriend 💔💔💔. We have our own friends/social lives outside the house but we are a fairly social house & definitely count ourselves as friends over just housemates! We are big living room people and spend a lot of time hanging out downstairs together, watching tv, doing paint by numbers/crafts and having a good natter - looking for a new housemate who’s like to keep this vibe!!

About you: you would need to be full time employed with proof of income and able to pass an affordability check, ideally of similar age to us!
