Hi, we're Harriet and Arthur, and we have a double room just off Whiteladies Road available from 19 September 2026. We're looking for a third flatmate, as our current flatmate is moving in with her partner.

You'll be sharing with two professionals who love to cook, chat, and be active. We're looking for another professional who is sociable, clean and tidy and wants to join a homey feeling flat. We love a night out at the pub but aren't big party people, and are pretty quiet in the week as we both work at a law firm. We like a mid-week pub quiz/impromptu beers as well as a cinema trip, yoga class, or night in front of the TV.

The flat is on a leafy street, super near the shops and restaurants but very calm and quiet at night. We're a 5min walk from the Downs, 6mins from Clifton Down and 3mins from Apsley Road bus stop.

The room doesn't come furnished (option to purchase bed and wardrobe for £150 if interested from previous flatmate) currently can fit a double bed, wardrobe, desk, bedside table and bookshelf (pls arrange a viewing to see how it is currently furnished). Can work from home.

Shared bathroom (with female flatmate), kitchen/dining/living area. 

Bills not included (currently about £130 per month). We usually split household costs between us i. e. contents insurance, TV licence etc. Parking is on street permit parking. Council tax band D. We can talk you through costs if you want more info.
