Room in gorgeous redland flat

Hi everyone,

We are looking for a young professional to move into a lovely 1st floor 3 bed flat (one bathroom and shared garden) in Redland. Move in date 16th Sept. The room has a small double bed and lots of built in storage space. The flat is close to Redland train station and bus links, with just a 20 minute walk into the city centre and a 10 minute walk to the nearest shops, restaurants and pubs.

I (Primary school teacher) am living with my friend Gerry (marketing assistant). We are looking for someone sociable, respectful and clean that also values their own space.

BORING BITS:

In addition to the deposit, there is also a holding deposit of £300 that will then be subtracted from the first months rent when checks have gone through.

Bills and council tax not included (roughly £120 pcm but council tax band could be changing).
