Explanation of why the “Live-In Landlord” option was not selected:
The property has two bedrooms, but I, the landlady, will not be using either bedroom. I will only be using the study/office. Unfortunately, the advert did not provide a suitable alternative option for this arrangement. As the landlady does not occupy either of the bedrooms, I could not select the “live-in landlord” option, as this would have indicated that only one bedroom was available to let.
