Friendly professional house share

We’re Maite (28) and Alfie (26), two young professionals looking for a new housemate to join our home.

Alfie works as a Content Producer for rugby teams, so he spends quite a lot of time away from home with work. He’s very into sport and enjoys keeping active and seeing his friends when he’s around.

Maite works in the TV industry and enjoys going to the gym, travelling and seeing friends.

We’re a friendly and relaxed household. It’s definitely not a party house, but we do enjoy being sociable - whether that’s having a chat in the kitchen, watching something together or going for a drink.

We’re looking for someone who is clean, tidy, respectful and considerate, especially when it comes to shared spaces and other people’s belongings.

The rent is £725 per month, with bills on top. Bills are usually around £116- £140 (during winter) per month.
