Two double rooms are available in a lovely four-bedroom flat in Redland, close to Gloucester Road.

The flat is on the first floor of a Victorian building, and has a large kitchen with fridge/freezer, washer/dryer etc, 4 double bedrooms, a spacious and bright living room, bathroom and a bike shed. There is shared parking outside the flat, plus lots of on-street parking.

The rent is £2400 per month (£600 each based on four people sharing), plus bills of around £130 each a month which includes council tax (band C). The landlord is private so there are no agency fees, just one month's rent needed as a security deposit.

Room one has a wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedframe with mattress.

Room two has a desk, wardrobe and chest of drawers however you'd need to provide your own bed frame and mattress.

We're a relaxed household of working professionals in our 40s, currently a female and a male. It’s a quiet flat (definitely not a party house) where everyone values their own quiet space and independence, but we get on well and are happy to catch up and chat when we’re together. We’re looking for flatmates with a similar outlook.

The flat is very near Gloucester Road with its many shops, bars and restaurants, and within easy walking distance of the surrounding green spaces, e. g. St Andrews Park and the Downs. There are good bus routes to other parts of the city including the town centre, as well as a local train stop nearby.
