Looking for an easy-going female flat mate to replace housemate in my modern 2 bed flat just off the Downs.

The flat itself is a really nice modern space, with a light and airy lounge room kitchen and good size double bedrooms. I am a creative and have lots of plants and paintings up and encourage you to add to the collection!

Located in a great spot in Westbury Park, just the other side of Redland. There is a lot just on the doorstep, with Waitrose & the pub at the bottom of the road, a butcher, fishmonger, cafes, restaurants, a running shop and a pharmacy along the road and then downs at the top of the road! Walking distance to Henleaze and just around the corner from Coldharnour road where there are more shops & cafes!

A little about me, I'm Issy 👋
I'm an Aussie-Bristish graphic designer and an all round creative/crafty gal. I'm an easy going housemate, this is not the sort of flat where you have to put everything away immediately and it has to be spotless. I am also very respectful of people wanting their personal space as we all need our alone time.
I would love someone to join me who will make the flat home, enjoy the space, the occasional movie night, coffee or drinks.

Tenant swap to start the 26th October, but there is some flexibility there.
Rent is £725 with around £175 a month for bills+ wifi + Ctax (Band C)
Deposit is £725

You will need to complete all the usual reference checks, so you must be fully employed and have right to remain in the UK. No students sorry.
