Spacious double room in Redland/Clifton flat

One of our current housemates is sadly moving out to live with her boyfriend, so we are looking for someone to take over her room at the end of October.

The room:
This is a spacious double room with plenty of space for home working as well as storage. The room comes unfurnished, but Steff is happy to sell some pieces onwards like the wardrobe, TV and small white desk.

The flat is lovely, well kept, in a central area and warms up quickly in winter. There is a shared lounge/kitchen area and a bathroom with a shower. We have furnished the place ourselves and are always happy for any additional contributions that fit the space and make it feel homely.

Rent is £759 per month, plus roughly £150 for bills paid into a shared account. This covers council tax, water, gas and electric, internet, streaming services and shared household items.

The flat is just off of Whiteladies road, a 5 minute walk from Clifton Down Station and a 25 minute walk to the city centre, and very well connected by bus.

About us:
Grace works as an engineer at EDF and Gabriela is a civil servant. We are housemates-turned-friends and are looking for someone who'd enjoy a friendly, relaxed household. We often spend evenings and weekends catching up, cooking food, watching something on TV, or heading out to the gym, for a walk or for food and drinks. We are active and social but also respectful of each other's space, and we'd love someone who feels at home doing the same.
