Double room in sunny Redland flat

Hey everyone, I am looking for another girl to join me in my sunny, two-bedroom flat in Redland.

Move in beginning of October.

Location:
The flat is in Redland, near to the Redland train station and Whiteladies road.

-Whiteladies Road and Clifton down train station: 8-minute walk

-Gloucester Road: 13-minute walk

-Redland Train Station: 7-minute walk away (so really easy to get to Temple Meads, Montpelier, Easton etc.)

**Parking: Parking permit required

The flat is on the first floor, has a lovely large sunny living room, separate kitchen (with small dining table) and bathroom with shower/bath. The flat has double glazed windows which is brilliant in the winter!

The room:
A good size fully furnished double room (bed, desk, wardrobe and bookcase) which gets the sunlight throughout the day.

The landlords are very good, I have lived here for almost 5 years and they have always sorted any problems quickly.

Rent is £800 a month plus bills (work out at about £130 per month).

About me:
I am 27 year old, work full time in interior design (2 days wfh), I love to bake (I make a weekly sourdough loaf whose name is Sally), and going to Pilates or yoga classes. I love live music and meeting up with friends for dinner/ drinks but also watching a film in the evening.

Looking for someone who is up for being social and chatting when in the communal spaces, respectful and tidy.

Council tax band C
