We are looking to fill the room of our housemate G, who is leaving -just for your peace of mind, she’s heading off on a world tour, so she doesn't need the room and it’s all ended on really good terms if that’s something you’re afraid of!

Move in: 24th November

🌍 Location

The house is in Redland, a stone's throw away from Chandos Road. The location literally could not be any better than it is:

- Gloucester Road: 11-minute walk downhill

- Whiteladies Road: 11-minute walk

- Redland Train Station: 4-minute walk away (so really easy to get to Temple Meads, Montpelier, Easton etc.)

**Parking: Parking permit required, but available.

🥳 About Us

Liv and I both work in the music business. I work in Music law and Liv in Music Marketing. Liv is also a very impressive Career DJ. The nature of working in music means that we do come back home after hours some days, but please note this isn’t a party house nor rave house. it’s actually way too nice for it to be a party house!

Just to note as well, we are both clean freaks, so this house is spotless and never really gets very mucky. It’s decorated beautifully and it smells really nice. It’s important to us that it stays this way please. Liv and I have become good pals from living here, but we both maintain independent rhythms of life while still really appreciating each other’s company when we both have a minute.

We are queer-friendly, and we are a house of both meat-eaters and veggies, but we try to cook together at least once a term and schedule in some time to catch up and hang out properly. We have a nice rhythm here where partners are welcome, but we have a reasonable cap on the amount of nights they stay.

🏠 The Flat & Room

The Flat: It's a top-floor flat, and the rest of the flat is on one floor. It has a shower/bath. No pets allowed, sorry!

The Room: Beautiful, airy, light, and spacious. Please note: it is the boiler room. The room going is the one marked with a purple hand drawn asterisk.

The Landlord: Our landlord is super chill and fairly attentive. In my six-ish months here so far, only one thing has broken and it was remedied within three days.

🤓Rent & Fine Print

Rent: £700 per month

Bills: Approximately £170 a month (will drop around March time when council tax bill goes down)

Location: Redland, Bristol
