Small double room available in Redland

Hi, we’re Ryan & Cath 👋

We’re a laid-back couple looking for one person to join us in our home.

We’ve got a small double room available for a single occupant, with access to the rest of the flat, including the garden and home gym.

The flat

The kitchen and lounge are open plan and are really the main shared space.

The flat is comfortable and feels like a proper home rather than just a place to live.

We’ve also got a fully equipped home gym, which Ryan built himself. He’s a personal trainer, so there’s pretty much everything you could need if you’re into training or keeping fit.

The garden

The garden is one of our favourite parts of the place. We’ve got a gazebo with heating and a wood burner, so it’s somewhere you can use all year round.

It gets loads of sun during the day too, so it’s a great spot in the summer. We enjoy having BBQs out there, sitting around with a drink and generally making the most of it when the weather’s good.

A bit about us

We’re both pretty easy-going, enjoy having a laugh and like keeping the home relaxed and welcoming.

We’re into fitness and keeping active, and generally live a healthy lifestyle!

We also enjoy going out, cooking, seeing friends and heading to the pub for a pint now and again.

Who we’re looking for

Ideally, we’re looking for someone who’s friendly, tidy, respectful and easy to get along with. Someone who’s happy to have a chat and be part of the home, but also has their own life and space.

Bills are approximately £135 each
