Me and my friend are looking for another housemate to join us. Reason for looking in December is that one of the bathrooms is planned to be rennovated. Move in dates can be flexible.

Price = £500 + £150 bills all inclusive (wifi, tv license, energy, water, council tax)

We are 2 girls working full time as an engineer and wildlife conservationist. We've lived together 2 years now and between us, our interests include the outdoors, kayaking, climbing, arts & crafts, board games, pub trips etc.

The house is in walking distance of Shirehampton train station, bus stop, Coop and a few pubs and cafes
