Spacious double room in BS10

Hello!

We (Danielle and Tom) are two young professionals looking for a new housemate to move in with us in November.

The room is spacious and light, with two south-facing windows and a walk-in wardrobe. It's on the same floor as the main bathroom, which you would share with Danielle. The room itself will be unfurnished but we have a spare double bed and mattress if needed, and there is already a clothes rail in the walk-in wardrobe. The rest of the house has been fully furnished by us :)

We're a friendly household who love watching TV shows and films together and spend a lot of time in the communal areas. We also fully appreciate the need for privacy/down time and there's plenty of space available for this, as we have our own floor upstairs. We both work full-time, so we are looking for another professional who is sociable but isn't too much of a party animal during the week. It's important to us that we find someone who fits in well and is clean and tidy.

The house is on a quiet estate in Southmead with access to off-street parking. We have two gardens and we're right next to a small park so there's plenty of greenery nearby. There are two bus routes to the city centre via Gloucester Road (76) and Clifton (2/2a), and Southmead hospital is a 15-20 minute walk away.

The rent for the room is £585 per month, and it averages at £725 per month with all bills included. The deposit will be 1 month's rent.
