Bills inc. Double room in Southmead

Double room available in Southmead in a peaceful, cosy 2 bed modern house. The house is a 20 minute walk to Southmead Hospital, 10 minute drive to Cribbs Causeway, 40 minute walk to Gloucester road and has easy access to the centre of town, Whiteladies road and Clifton.

The room is unfurnished but currently has a king sized bed in it which is spare if you'd like it (otherwise i'll get rid) The room also has built in storage. You will have access to a shared, open plan living room and kitchen, bathroom, downstairs loo, garden and balcony. There is also a parking space available for you.

You will be sharing with me - a live-in landlord (37 yr old female professional). I'm a sociable introvert who likes to chat/hang out and have my own space in equal measure. I'm also fairly easy going and happy to be flexible and helpful. There is also a small resident dog called Pedro who is currently here on and off. Pedro is nervous at first meeting people but once he knows you he is super affectionate.

I'm looking for someone who's friendly, clean, tidy and respectful and someone who I click with and who is vaguely on the same wave length as me.
