Hello! We are Sophia, George, Spencer, Ellie a house share of four looking for a fifth to come join us. We’re all easy-going and get on really well with each other. We each have our own lives, but do like to socialise in the evenings and cook for each other from time to time.
We are aged in our 20-30’s and would love to welcome someone of a similar age. Generally speaking we’re into music, film, travel, books…
The room is bright and airy, and comes fully furnished, although our landlord is flexible with moving things in and out as you wish. Rent includes water, council tax. Gas and electricity probably average out at around £40-50/month. We have a decent-sized living/dining area, kitchen and two bathrooms. There is a large garden that can be used to store bikes, hang out washing or just sit and read which is great for the summer.
The house is located just by Bedminster Bridge and Temple Meads so just a 5 minute walk into town. There is a large park behind the house, Victoria Park which is good for a run or playing tennis. With the city-centre on our doorstep, we are a 5-10 minute walk to the Old Vic Theatre, King Street and the Harbourside for bars and shops. We’re 25 minute cycle to Ashton Court and the cycle/foot path that follows the river to Leigh Woods and beyond. The airport shuttle bus stops 2 minutes away from our house near Asda and connects to the airport in under 25mins.
Deposit is a month's rent in advance.
The house is an HMO and up to date with gas and electric tests. The communal areas are maintained and cleaned regularly by the landlord.
