Your future housemates are two friendly professional females, who are sociable but also like their own space. They are down to earth, like to exercise, enjoy the outdoors, going to the pub, travel, and can have a good laugh. This is a lovely, peaceful, relaxed environment and a cosy place to call a home. It's not a party house, and a house mate who is tidy and respectful is essential.

The current tenants are very respectful people and are conscious of noise and cleanliness so they are looking for someone who will help add to their harmonious home. 🏡.

The house has a garden with seating area, diner, cosy lounge, modern shower room, the second reception room was previously used as a gym space but now used as a room to dry clothes and extra storage!.

The middle room in the property is available from 26th September. It is currently furnished with bed, shelves, and wardrobe (desk - can be supplied).

Street parking is available, no permit requirements.

Ideally looking for a professional, tidy, outgoing person, either Mon - Fri commuter OR 7 days a week. Utility bills, Internet, council tax etc included. Tenants pay an additional £12 a month each for a cleaner to come once a fortnight and landlady pays the additional cost for this.
