Large double room available for short term rent in a modern 2 bedroom flat with courtyard garden on a peaceful side street in the heart of North Street.
Large front room available for rent from October to February, exact dates TBD. I will be staying on Tuesdays and Fridays but you will mainly have the flat to yourself.
I'm a female professional in my mid 30s, I'll be heading the gym/ out with friends most evenings but happy to socialise when I'm around.
The property is in a great location, only a 10-15 min walk to Harbourside, 5 mins walk to East street with local shops, cafes etc. Temple meads train station is 25 mins walk away and you are on North street which is in the heart of Southville with it's pubs, cafes and shops. Great transport links including a route to the airport.
Fully furnished but can discuss if you have furniture you want to bring in.
All bills included including a cleaner every 2 weeks.
Couples considered with a slight increase for bills.
