Spacious Double Bedroom - Long-term End of August

Hi All,

One of our housemates would be moving out and we are looking for a new housemate to move in end of August.

It is a 4-bedroom house. Current flatmates are Bulgarian male, British and Spanish females, all professional.

It is fairly quiet house and people respect each other's space. We do weekly cleaning rota.
We have a rear garden, living room, spacious kitchen with a dinner space.
There is a toilet on the ground floor and a large bathroom with a shower cabin and a bath tub, and a separate smaller shower cabin. Both on the second floor.

The room itself is a spacious double bedroom on the first floor. The room comes unfurnished.

We are looking for another professional - tidy and respectful.

The total amount of bills are currently £160 per month including council tax, internet, water, gas, electricity (could vary depending on usage)
