Spacious Double Bedroom - Long-term Mid-November

Hi All,

One of our housemates would be moving out and we are looking for a new housemate to move in mid-November.

It is a 4-bedroom house. Current flatmates are Bulgarian and British males, Spanish female, all professional.

It is fairly quiet house and people respect each other's space. People enjoy cycling, swimming, hiking, working out. We do weekly cleaning rota.
We have a rear garden, living room, spacious kitchen with a dinner space.
There is a toilet on the ground floor and a large bathroom with a shower cabin and a bath tub, and a separate smaller shower cabin. Both on the second floor.

The room itself is a spacious double bedroom on the first floor which will be redecorated before moving in. The room comes unfurnished.

We are looking for another professional - tidy and respectful, preferably a female to keep it 50/50.

The total amount of bills are currently £135 per month including council tax, internet, water, gas, electricity.
