Retired couple who own the property live in a separate area on the ground floor but do share the kitchen.
Wi-fi throughout house, cable tv in living room.
Monthly rent is inclusive of all bills .
A signed contract on a monthly basis either way and a months rent is required monthly in advance. Also a deposit is required prior to occupation.
