Spacious double room available in three bed house just off North Street in Southville

You’ll be sharing with Ben, 29, and Andy, 28. Both professionals working Monday - Friday. We’re a pretty chill house, often cooking meals together, enjoy pub trips, park activities, watching series and films, and the occasional night out or party.

Our housemate is moving out start of january so we’re looking for someone chilled out, clean and tidy, around the same age with similar interests and work schedule to join us.

The house is in a great spot with several pubs within walking distance and around a 20 minute walk into town. North Street is literally on the door step and Aldi, Asda, and Lidl are all a short walk away as well.

Rent is £500 a month, with bills usually coming to about £140 on top.

All rooms shown in ad but the availble room is upstairs back of property, really spacious and quiet.
