Lovely double room in a cosy house in southville

Looking for someone who wants to move in the next month or so :)

We’re looking for a third housemate to sublet an unfurnished double bedroom in our lovely home in Southville! It’s a great location, just 5 min walk from North Street and a big Aldi. 20 min walk to Harbourside and the city center.

You’ll be living with us—Dora (27, Pharma Editor) and Matt (28, Environmental Policy Masters student)—who love a mix of social and chill time.

We enjoy cooking together, always have a TV show on the go, and are partial to a pub quiz, and a dance on the weekends. We have a more communal, family-style living dynamic, so we're looking for someone who enjoys getting involved in shared dinners and game nights etc. from time to time. That said, we do also value our own space and can appreciate quiet evenings during the week.
