✨Friendly houseshare looking for a housemate✨

If you are looking for a great house in a great location then look no further than our house just off North St in Southville!

We are currently a house of 3 professionals, Jamie (M), Amy (F) and Gabbie (F), looking for a 4th housemates to join us.

We all have varied jobs and lifestyles with WFH days, but get together for the occasional pint and board game night. We are on the search for someone that can join our extended family.

We are looking for someone who's chilled, tidy, and respectful. Our house party days are in the past but have occasional dinner evenings or bbqs.

The house is 4 Bedrooms/1 Bathroom with large kitchen-dinner, living area and Garden.

The room is a large ground floor double room available from September 1st.

Parking:
2 cars are already on the permit. The 3rd permit costs £581 per year. There is free parking near our house the other side of North St which our current housemate uses and has no problems with.

Bills:
Around £75 to £100 per month depending on the month.
