2 Double Rooms in Friendly All-Female House 🌷

Hello! A few of us will be moving out so we have 2 lovely double rooms available in our 5 bed house in Southville!

About the rooms:
- £875 a month incl bills (and council tax!)
- Available from 22nd - 30th August (depending on which room)
- Furnishings: most rooms have a bed, mattress, chest of drawers, bookshelf & clothing rails or wardrobe.

We are looking for female/non-binary housemates only!

Current Housemates:
🌸 We are young professionals working in design, tech, architecture & education.

🌻 We enjoy spending time together as a house but also value our own time/space. We often spend time chatting in the garden, going to pub quizzes, and going on walks together!

🧼 It's really important to us to have tidy, clean housemates! We spilt the cleaning between us and respect our communal spaces and expect our new housemate to do the same 😇

🏡 There will be a bunch of new girls moving in around the same time, so you’ll be able to make the house feel like your own and make everyone feel welcome :)

👩🏻‍💻There's plenty of space to work from home in the room. WiFi speed is never an issue, even when a lot of us are working from home!

🚗 1 parking permit left. We're just a short walk away from the main bus stops, train stations & supermarkets :) There’s also free parking off North Street.

🐱 No pets but we do have a friendly cat who visits everyday :)
