The house has been completely renovated as of two years ago, and is clean and well kept.

* Dishwasher (filled in the day, on over night)

* 2 person sofa bed for your guests

Your room is large (15m^2), and as we have bathrooms on each floor, you will only be sharing with one other person. The bathroom has a bath and large shower with great water pressure which is always hot.

The location is one of the best parts, with so many great restaurants and little shops only a 2 minute walk in both directions on North Street.

Finally, about us (Matt, Josh, and me): we’re easygoing, friendly, and optimistic people who enjoy living in a clean, homely environment and making the best of life. We’re looking for someone who shares a similar outlook🫶

Since I’ll be moving from London and away from friends and family, it would be nice to have a girl for a bit of balance in the house :)
