Looking for a housemate to move in anytime before 25th January 2026. Will be on a rolling monthly contract, but we are not looking to move anytime soon.

Bills around £150. (WiFi, water, electric, council tax)

Good sized double room, nice and great with large window. Room will come unfurnished, the wardrobe can stay if you’d like.

House is currently lacking a table and airfryer due to housemate moving out but otherwise has everything you’d expect from a lived in house.

Bonus points if you have either to add to the house.
