I am retired and live with my wife and son + girlfriend. Our house is 5mins walk to buzzing North Street, with easy access to busses, and a walkable distance to the city centre and train stations Parson street Station / Temple Meads station.
The room is a small double room, with a single bed, a shared upstairs bathroom and a downstairs toilet.
We are a sociable family but mainly keep things to ourselves.
We would like someone that respectable and trustworthy, if you smoke- you can smoke outside. We prefer not working from home. Within the house, you are very welcome to share our kitchen as long you keep it tidy or my wife is very happy to cook for you we just ask that you contribute to the ingredients.
We do your laundry with a minimal charge per week.
