We have a large unfurnished double room available in a modern open-plan flat in Southville, just a short walk from North Street and all its great cafés, pubs, restaurants and independent shops.

The room has French windows that open onto a small courtyard shared with one other flatmate, and the flat is fully furnished apart from the bedroom.

There's a spacious open-plan kitchen/living area and two bathrooms, so there are no morning queues for the shower!!

You’ll be living with Maria and me, both friendly, easy-going professionals. We’re a clean, tidy and considerate household, and the flat is generally pretty relaxed and quiet during the week while still being sociable and welcoming.

Rent is £600pcm, with bills coming to roughly £170 each. The usual income and referencing checks apply.

The room is available from 01/08/2026 and we're ideally looking for someone who can move in around that date.
