Hey!

We’ve got a spacious, unfurnished double room going in a modern open-plan flat in Southville, just a short walk from North Street (loads of great cafes, restaurants, and shops nearby).

The flat itself is fully furnished apart from the bedroom, has TWO bathrooms (no morning queues!), and you’ll be living with the lovely Maria and myself – both friendly, easy-going working professionals.

We’re a clean, tidy, and considerate household – pretty relaxed and quiet most of the time, so it’s a nice place to come home to. The kitchen/living space is a great size too, whether you’re cooking, chilling, or working from home.

Due to a last-minute change, the room is available again.

Rent is £600 a month, with bills roughly £160 each. There’ll be the usual income and referencing checks.

Not suitable for students or couples, sorry! And just a heads up – there’s been quite a bit of interest, so replies might not be instant, but I’ll get back to you ASAP.
