Cosy house share in Southville

Hey Bristol,

Hannah and I (Ella) are looking for someone to join our 3 bedroom house in Southville.
Our lovely housemate, Ellie, is in the process of moving out of the house.

We’re a clean, tidy, honest and social household. We spend the evenings either in the living room watching tv, chatting, playing board games or doing our own thing. We value time together as a house to make it homely but also have our own lives.

We’re looking for someone who is clean and happy to be part of cleaning rota.

We like the house to be chilled and not at all a party house but of course, do like the odd drink in the evenings!

We're unable to consider anyone with a car as we are only allowed one permit.

I’m a crafty girl, who loves dancing and anything creative based. Hannah loves a cuppa, a gig and anything outdoors.

We’re looking for someone to move in start of April.

Ellie, who is leaving, is taking some of the household furniture (ie, sofa, kitchen appliances). Therefore, this furniture needs replacing and so it would be if applicants had any. We are also in the process of sourcing this in the meantime.

The room is unfurnished but the wardrobe is staying, and the rent is £540. Bills max are £150 a month depending on the time of year.

We will be doing viewings from the start of the March. :)
