We have a room available from early May 2026 and we're looking for a new housemate!

Before we say anything about us, here's the info you'll want to know:

Move in date: Early May 2026 (exact date TBC)
Number of tenants: 4 (once you join us)
Rent: £570/month which includes bills.
Deposit: Roughly £470
Tenancy length: Prefer to have someone who is going be here for a while.


For an extra £45 per month, a parking permit is available.

The room is on the ground floor, and the bed, mattress, wardrobe, white cabinet and selves in the room photos are all available to buy - otherwise, the room is unfurnished.

About us:
You would be living with 3 other people. We're all working 4-5 days a week with occasional homeworking days. We get on well as a house and we're looking for someone who will fit in and is up for hanging out. That being said, we obviously respect each other's space and privacy, have our own stuff going on and are away a fair bit.
