Spacious Double - Beautiful Loft Flat, Southville

I’m looking for a female housemate to share a lovely flat in Southville.
It’s a unique converted church loft with incredible natural light, high ceilings, and a large open-plan living space that feels calm, spacious, and homely. It's a warm and quiet space being on the 2nd floor too.
The flat is fully furnished to a high standard and well maintained, with a big shared living room, and gets lots of sunlight throughout the day. Great location too – about 5 minutes walk from North Street and 10 minutes from the Harbourside.

The room: A comfortable, generous double room, considerately furnished and on the same floor as the rest of the shared spaces (I'm upstairs)

Rent: £850 per month, all bills included (WiFi, utilities, water, council tax – band C)

A bit about me: I’m 34, originally from Wales, and have recently made Bristol my base after living in London and the Netherlands. I work across hospitality and creative/design projects, so my routine is a mix of being out and about and spending time at home but am still finding my groove here.
Home is important to me - I like it to feel cosy and clean but relaxed. It would be lovely to share this with someone who has similar values. I enjoy cooking, music, dancing, walking/running/cycling, gardening, pub socials, and creative things like drawing or decorating plus am a big lover of colour! I also love nature, good conversations, and a generally balanced, grounded lifestyle between going out and chilling.
I can be sociable and am communally minded, but I also value a calm and respectful home where we both feel comfortable doing our own thing.

Looking for someone friendly, easygoing, tidy, and considerate who wants a home rather than just a room. And preferably no full time working at home. It’s not a party flat, but also open to hosting and hanging out - just a nice balance of shared time and personal space with mutual respect.

Disclaimer: I do smoke very occasionally, but always outside, and the flat itself is kept completely smoke-free!
