About us:
Four young professionals between 25 and 28 working in Ecology and Medicine. All friends from uni/work but a very open and welcoming group.

We like to alternate cooking for the house and eat together over a film. Ideally looking for someone to fit into this routine. Some of us surf, bike, hike etc and would be great to bring you along, so get in touch if you’re interested :)

Room is a HMO and is available from 1st October on a month rolling contract with a 2 month exit notice.

One desk space is available in the ivong room, If you also work from home, you might need to fit a desk in your room. We also have hit the limit of parking permits so wouldn't be able to accommodate another car unless you're able to park outside the permit zone.

Location - Coronation Road.
Very central location a stones throw from Whapping Wharf. 10 minutes to North Street/ 15 minutes to city centre.

The Room - Fully furnished
Spacious double room with King Size bed. Room is situated at the front of the house and gets lovely natural light. Lots of storage including chest of draws, wardrobe, shelving and a bed side table.

Shared Facilities -
House features a large kitchen with white goods (2 fridges, 2 freezers, dishwasher, washing machine, oven and large gas stove).

Large shared lounge with dining table, TV, three large sofas and bay window looking out onto Bristol.

Two shared bathrooms, one with freestanding bathtub and one with shower. Both have toilets, sinks, mirrors and heated towel rails.

ALL BILLS INCLUDED - this includes fast WIFI, council tax, heating, water bills and also a cleaner who comes once every two weeks to clean communal areas.
