Double room in shared house - Southville

Room available in a 4 bedroom shared house in Southville.

Our lovely flatmate Celia is moving out, but lucky you, she leaves behind a palace of a room for a lucky winner! 🏆

The room is very large, the biggest in the house. Rent for the room will be £900 for a single person, £1200 for a couple, without bills. Bills for the house are split equally and come to about £100 a month per person (but would be less if a couple moved in).

There are 3 of us staying in the house, 28/32 years old, after Celia decided to buy a house (outrageous, we know).

We are Jed (who works at Bath university, who (respectfully) plays guitar), Eartha (who works at Bristol Council, who loves the moon) and Louis (who works in software, but moonlights in knitting).
We live very communally, share most of our food and tend to eat meals together when we're home. We eat mostly veggie/vegan at home (but we're not all veggie!) Everyone in the house hangs out together a fair bit. Coffee and pints are always welcome! We're looking for a flatmate (or flatmates) who is also keen to live comunally.

Bedminster is a great bit of Bristol to live in, we're a few minutes from the Harbour so can walk to town easily. We are 5 mins from North Street and East Street with loads of fun bars and places to eat, and access to Victoria Park or Ashton Court.

We love the house, it's got a spacious kitchen and great living room, with one bathroom. There is a "terrace" outside we can sit out on when it's sunny. Council Tax Band A.

There is the option of buying a parking pass for 150ish per year, which allows you to park by the house or the surrounding streets in "Bedminster east".

We get lots of requests, so please let us know if you're interested and we'll get in touch. We're hoping to do viewings on w/c July 13th, and would ideally meet you in person. We would like to finalise who will move in by July 20th so the estate agents have a couple of weeks' notice to change the names on the contract. The move in date would be ideally be the weekend of August 1st, but we have some flexibility to be sooner if needed.
