The house has 2 bathrooms, deck , and front and rear gardens. There is a dishwasher, fridge, freezer, Wi-fi, CH, WM, solar panels, and undercover secure bike parking. It has recently been externally insulated. There is a drying room with space to hang clothes.
I (female older landlady) am looking for an environmentally aware, quiet, non-smoking female lodger, aged 25+ who is looking for a quiet-ish, very green, friendly house. Females 100% preferred!. Reasonable English speakers preferred..

Great location for central Bristol, walking distance to North Street, Tobacco Factory, Waterfront, city centre; close to big supermarket as well as small shops, delicious delis, cafés and restaurants And just 3 minutes walk from Gaol Ferry Steps / Wapping Wharf shops and cafes.

Please do not apply if you're a smoker, or eat loads of meat! I 100% prefer a female lodger.
