Double bedroom in house share - southville

Hiya!
We are 2 friends (Tillie and Keeva) we’re both 30, looking for a flat mate around the same age to move into our lovely home in southville.

We’re both originally from London, and have been living in Bristol for about 2 years, Tillie works in the arts and Keeva works in the charity sector.

We’re definitely looking for someone who would like to be friends as much as a house mates, we really value connecting with someone that’s sharing our space. We like having chit chat over the occasional group dinner together and going down the pub - equally we are both quite busy and respect each other’s space.

Southville is a lovely part of Bristol, very close to town and the harbour side (about a 15min walk) we are also round the corner from North street, with lots of cute coffee shops, deli’s and pubs!

Ideally we are looking for another girl to join us, our house is very homely and we would like to share it with someone who will be as invested in taking care of the space as much as we do.

We both have bad cat allergies so really sorry but can’t take someone with any furry friends!

Ps, the bedroom that’s available is on the ground floor.
