Looking for new housemate in homely houseshare

Our lovely houseshare are looking for a new housemate from 15th Sept as one of our housemates is leaving :(
We have a great dynamic in the house which is very communal and has a proper family feeling - we take it in turns cooking/cleaning for each other most nights (veggie as standard) and enjoy hanging out together crafting/ painting/ writing poems/ singing together/ watching films. We're all women in our 20s and most likely looking for another gal. It's really important to us to find someone who will fit in and become a friend!
We all work out of the house during weekdays (we have a teacher, a forest school leader, and a community pioneer), are nature lovers and have a range of hobbies between us - cycling, climbing, dancing, hiking, wild swimming, and we all attend a community singing group together too.
About the house: we recently moved in to a recently renovated unfurnished house in Southville. It's a great location, 5 mins from Greville- Smyth park, the harbour and Aldi. It's got 2 bathrooms, a spacious living room, a bright kitchen, and a decent sized garden with planters where we've startrd growing some veggies! As it was unfurnished we're still in the process of buying things to finish the house (mainly bits for the living room) so it'd be great to find someone who's keen to join in with that.
About the room:
The room is a small but bright box-room, which is reflected in the price - it's £510 + bills, normally around £100 per month. It's unfurnished, you can just about fit a double bed in there but with little else!
