Lovely 1 bedroom flat in Southville!

Hey there, I am looking to rent my apartment in Southville short term as my partner is based in London and I am looking to move in with him for a few months, from around 10th October 2026 until February 2027 most likely.

I'm looking for someone lovely to move into my flat for the short term, I am open to stays of 1 to 3 months, but I can be flexible depending on the interest. I really would love someone living there who I can trust, who will be respectful of my little home and treat it like their own too :)

The apartment is 2 bed with a kitchen/living area, with one bedroom set up as a home office! We also have a small courtyard out the front, & it's a great location - perfectly situated between North Street and Coronation Road so I find it really easy to get everywhere. It will be fully furnished, and all bills included.

Rent would be 1400 pcm with all bills included.
