Double room (Southville) short term let

Double room available for short term in house living with 1 other (3 months, but can be flexible).
Southville (10 mins walk to wapping wharf, 5 mins to north street)
Lots of communal space in the house (living room, dining room, kitchen, office all available to be used). So you will have lots of space to yourself.
Room can be furnished or unfurnished
Very chilled and relaxed house, you can make yourself at home)
You would be living with a live in land lord (35 yrs old woman)
I work from home about 1/2 days per week, at the office other days
I'm very friendly, often out, enjoy sports, football, cycling, socialising, but also like being home and chilling.
