Double room to rent in two bed apartment

Young professional looking for a sociable but independent housemate who wouldn’t mind watching a TV series together every now and then.

I work from home but go into the office 2–3 times a week. I’m really into cooking and am usually happy to share! I have an en-suite, so you’d have the other bathroom to yourself most of the time.

My current housemate is moving out on 1st November, but I’m pretty flexible with move-in dates.

The room will come with a double bed, chest of drawers and clothes rail. The kitchen and living room are fully furnished, but you’re welcome to make the room your own with art, furniture, or whatever else.

I’m a live-in landlord, but I’d like to find someone who feels comfortable here and sees it as their home too!
