Small double room in female Southville house

We have a small double room in our house in Southville available from the 18th November. It is in a great location just off of North Street and within walking distance to the city centre.

The house also has a garden and storage for a bike.

The rent is £495 a month.

Council tax is Band B, and with bills this comes to roughly £125 a month.

The room is part furnished and comes with a bed, bedside table, chest of draws and clothing rail.

We are a house of 3 friendly girls Alice, Imogen and Katie. We do or own thing and respect each other's space but we are a close group and like to hang out together in the evenings when we can so would love to find a housemate who would like to join in with us whether that be watching telly or going for a drink.

We are all working professionals and are looking for someone with a similar working pattern. As the room is smaller, it wouldn't suit someone who needs to work from home.

We like to keep the house tidy and de-culttered, so we take turns cleaning communal spaces but when it comes to things such as putting dishes away/ emptying bins we all chip in throughout the week.
