Bright room in St. Annes Terrace House

Join me in this little 2 bed house near the river and St. Annes Community Sauna!

The house is situated on a quiet road (it is not a through road so no passing traffic other than those that live on the estate). The neighbourhood is tranquil and only 2 minutes walk to the river. Which you can see from your bedroom window. There is also a small garden out back which is need of some green fingers (bonus if you want to get in the garden and do some planting).

I am looking for a creative, tidy and social housemate. Not necessary to hang out all the time but to share the occasional meal, play a game of chess and listen to some music.

This is my first home and whilst I have done a lot of the work to get it to where it is now there is still room for improvement, and love to get some input from perspective housemate and someone who might be willing to give some time to creating a home.

I am a freelance workshop teacher, artists and consultant. I like a calm home and simple environment with occasion invitation to friends to share a meal. I'm an active guy, most of the time I am out particularly during the day and evenings during the week. At the studio or playing badminton, squash with friends, yoga or heading to a dance. When home I like a good movie, a range of music, cooking some sweet asain or indian food, and chilling with a nice chai and a good book too.
