The smaller room is £490 plus bills (£120) = £610 total.
The larger room is £510 plus bills (£120) = £630 total.

The smaller room is fully furnished with a double bed, mattress, walk-in wardrobe, bedside table, and over stairs storage.

The larger room is fully furnished with a double bed, mattress, sofa, bedside table, large wardrobe, desk and desk chair.

It is a quiet, peaceful home in St Annes which is near the woods and the river and is a 15 min cycle into town.

I’m Rachel, I’m 35 and I’ve lived here 2 years and in Bristol for four years. I like climbing, hiking, and going to gigs in town.
