Lovely Double Room in St Anne's

I have recently moved to a first floor 2 bed maisonette in St Anne's. It is a little work in progress but means that the double room that is available to rent is a blank slate for you to add your own touches to. The room is furnished with a double bed, an electric standing desk, a bed side table, a set of drawers, and a 3 door mirrored wardrobe.

There is a shared living space with a Juliette balcony. I have high speed WiFi, netflix, and disney+, which would all be included in the rent as well. The kitchen comes with a dishwasher and washing machine.

The cherry on top is that I have a small dog called Ted (see last photo of Ted out and about at St Anne's house). He is a poodle crossed with a bichon frisé (a poochon) so doesn't shed hair. He is super friendly, chilled, and goes out with a dog walker on days where I am working out of the house.

I work in the civil service and do work from home quite a lot but I have my own workspace in my own room so the shared spaces would be free during the day if you did have the day off etc.

The garden is accessed round the side of the flats, has it's own gate and a paved area to sunbathe if the British weather allows! Again the garden is a work in progress and i have grand plans for it in the future so if you have a green thumb you are more than welcome to help/have your own space to tend to as well.

I am a clean and tidy person and believe in sharing the load when it comes to getting things in the house done. If you would be up for it we could also discuss a fortnightly cleaner for an additional £25 per month.

The flat is a 5 minute walk from the nearest bus stop to Central bristol, a 20 minute walk from church road, and has an easy cycle route to Central as well. We are very lucky to be within a 10 minute walk of the river, St Anne's woods, and St Anne's park. We also have a 10 minite walk to St Anne's house with the community gym and sauna, and about 5 minutes to the Catley's headquarters cafe.

Our neighbours are wonderful and friendly. We all look out for eachother and have created a proper little community here.
